Returns and exchange

In a nutshell: Our returns policy is up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

You can always change your mind until up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and return or exchange the goods purchased free of charge. Please remember that we can only accept return of socks which are not used. We care a lot about understanding our customers better, so we will appreciate a lot if in case of return or exchange you could inform us about the reasons for such decision.

To return or exchange the goods, please reach us by email, including the following information: 

  • in the email title the type of your claim (Return or Exchange) and the number of your order (for example ABSDEFG),
  • in the email body: information on which products you would like to return/exchange (with their individual code which you can find on our website, e.g. VC-W-170-1), and also (but only in case of an exchange) the code of the product thaat you would like to receive instead.

After sending us the email described above, you have 14 calendar days to return the unused goods by mail. We will compensate your only for the basic and cheapest mail costs, so if you wish to use any extra services for the transport- please note that you will have to cover them on you own.

After we receive the goods from you, we will transfer you your money back (or send the new socks for exchange) within 14 calendar days, counting from the day we receive the package from you. The money will be transfered to the same bank account that we received the payment from. If you wish otherwise, please let us know in advance.
